Customer Service Representative
This position will work closely with the Manager to retain current customers and fully execute renewals of contracts. They will expand customer base via upselling, creating marketing programs and communication, and expert customer service skills. They will manage accounts by listening to the needs of customers and communicating needs to the appropriate parties.
